Return any unassembled shed in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee.

1. Return Window and Condition

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including a simple change of mind.

Condition of returned items. Items must be unassembled and in their original packaging. This does not apply to damaged, defective or incorrect items, which we accept back in any condition.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@avacel.shop or call +1 (240) 371-8817 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time) with your order number.
  2. We reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label by email.
  3. Print the label, attach it to the package, and ship the item back.
  4. We email you when your refund is issued.

Please don't ship a return without contacting us first. The prepaid label we send makes sure your return reaches the right place and is matched to your order.

3. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is free. We provide the prepaid label for every eligible return.

4. Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. Contact us and we will arrange the replacement item along with your return.

6. Refunds

We issue your refund within 7 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more business days to post it to your account.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within the 30-day window. Photos of the item and packaging help us resolve it faster. We send a free return label and a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

8. Manufacturer Warranty

After the return window, defects in materials or workmanship may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty Policy.
