    The carrier may call to arrange delivery to your street address.

Tracking Not Updating?

  • No tracking email yet? Check your spam or promotions folder. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
  • No movement for a day or two? Large items can take time to show their first carrier scan. That is normal.
  • Still stuck? Email contact@avacel.shop or call +1 (240) 371-8817 with your order number and we will check with the carrier.

Delivery tip. Sheds arrive in large, heavy boxes. Check the packaging when it arrives, and if you see damage, take photos and contact us within 30 days.
