1. Manufacturer Warranty
Sheds sold by Avacel are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty. The length of coverage, what it covers and its exclusions are set by the manufacturer and depend on the model. The exact terms are in the warranty documentation that comes with the product.
Register your shed. Some manufacturers, including Keter, ask you to register your product on their website. Registering soon after delivery makes any later claim easier.
2. What It Typically Covers
Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. They typically do not cover:
- Damage from improper assembly, misuse or modifications
- Accidents and severe weather events
- Normal wear, weathering and fading

- We file the claim with the manufacturer and handle the communication for you.
